Moving average is one of the favourite tool of active traders.And Adaptive Moving Average will allow winners to run.This is an excellent alternative to standard moving average calculations. As trend comes to an end and prices consolidate it allow the trader to keep most of the gains captured during the trend. Adaptive Moving Average calculation that is used in the studies and strategy in TradeStation is performed primarily by a function referred to as AMA.
